I have a student who wears a shoelace tied around her neck every day?
I have a female student who wears a shoelace tied around her neck every day like a choker. Does anyone know if this stands for something or if this is a new trend that I do not know about?

she’s probably trying to look edgy. or creative or alternative. I have an older sister who went through a goth phase for a little while and she wore a ribbon tied around her neck a lot. I have no idea

No,it’s just the girl being an individual.It sounds like she could be goth but,that’s definatley not some teen trend.

She’s trying to look hot for the guys. Boys like to see girls wearing tight chokers around their necks. Girls like to see boys wearing comfortable clothes like an open neck shirt or have their collar up, but guys like to see girls wearing restrictive clothes. I’m glad I’m a guy.
