How can my hubby get rid of his ingrown hairs on his neck?

My hubby gets ingrown hairs on his neck and i was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of it. We’ve tied to pluck them after he shaves, but they still come back. He even tried shaving in the shower. He also went to the dermatologist and he wasn’t any help. Anyone got any tips??

My uncle gave me a bunch of his old neck ties. He used to be a smoker and these ties have the smell badly. How do I clean them to get the smell out, without ruining them in the process.

there’s one peg on the bottom of the body, but there isn’t a second one. Do i have to get one installed or tie the neckstrap to the headstock or what?
i usually play sitting down, but i just wondered why it would just have one and not two pegs. thats pretty stupid i think.

I use a show bow so my hair is back. I dont wear jewlery aside from the pins that go on the neck tie thing arond your shirt.
Oh of course only studs. I just got them pierced and the small piercing earrings are just little flowers.

I remember a movie with 3 young brothers who would goto their grandfathers house and practice Martial Arts. They all wore masks (Yellow, Red, Blue) that their grandfather gave them. I remember such a scene where they trap some intruders in a room and tie the doors shut with a series of neck ties. Please help me locate the name of this series!
